Quality Assurance
A key part of our activities is a transparent and consistent quality policy. We aim to offer our customers the quality they rightly expect from a professional language service provider.
The European Quality Standard for translation services, EN 15038, describes the processes which are important for the provision of services. This includes quality assurance. Our work is based on this standard and we meet the criteria from the qualifications of our translators, through the expert checking and revision of translations through to the traceability of each project.
We take care that style, voice and customer terminology are faithfully reproduced. On-time delivery is a matter of course for us.
Types of Documents
We translate your technical and medical documents, as well as business communications, precisely and with an eye for detail. Your instruction sheets, manuals, handbooks, software, files, documents, brochures, display materials, menus and much more will be processed by our qualified translators who are working in their mother tongue, and will then be checked to make sure that not only are they correctly translated, but that they read fluently too.
Particularly for medical translation, where not only complete mastery of the language is required, but also particularly thorough domain knowledge, we have many years of experience in the translation of highly complex medical content.
Project Management
At Active Translators it is not just the final texts which are of a high technical and stylistic quality, but the project management is also of the quality you expect.
Communication with you as customer is a top priority for us, because we want to work (with you) to achieve your goals. At the start of a project we will therefore define carefully with you exactly what service you expect, and when you will receive your completed translation from us.
